Objective
Simplify complex, high-stakes regulatory changes by visually mapping the decision-making process.
Execution
I worked directly with internal clients to refine the complex regulatory logic and content flow, creating a static decision tree in PowerPoint to ensure the process was accurate and compliant. I was also tasked with creating an HTML/CSS version of the tree, replicating the functionality of an existing solution.
Value
Designed a critical compliance and training decision tree application that mitigated implementation risk for internal teams and brokers. This digital tool provided a user-friendly, authoritative path to compliance while eliminating the need for expensive external web development to create custom functionality.
