
Objective
Engineered a reusable, branded reporting solution to standardize the monthly internal communications report for upper management, ensuring clear and consistent data presentation across all contributing departments.
Execution
Designed the multi-page master report template (4-5 pages) directly in PowerPoint and optimized it for a SharePoint library. This system enabled non-design teams to easily update performance metrics while I managed the final PDF output to ensure professional file quality and strict brand consistency.
Value
Increased the Communications team’s efficiency in delivering a detailed, visually impactful report that aggregated key stats from the Marketing, Web, and Communications teams.
