Objective
The objective was to design and produce La Boîte interculturelle’s first official Annual Report to formalize and cement the professional image already established through their digital platforms.
Challenge
The core challenge was to transform raw, disorganized content into a debut document that projected utmost professionalism for stakeholders, while simultaneously meeting the client’s brief for an “edgy,” visually strong aesthetic that would dynamically reflect their mission of community involvement and project growth. This project was foundational to establishing their brand authority
Execution
Execution began with comprehensive content restructuring of the client’s messy source material, organizing the year’s activity into a coherent, 16-page narrative for each report. I developed a custom, template-free visual system using bold layouts and overlapping graphic geometry to achieve the “edgy” aesthetic and symbolize cultural blending.
Value
This project delivered a streamlined, end-to-end production service (strategy, editing, design, DTP) that lifted the entire reporting burden from the client. The final deliverables cemented the organization’s professional image and provided the essential, high-quality formal asset required for securing future partnerships.
