Intranet Promo Video

CONTEXT

The primary objective assigned to me was to produce a high-impact video asset to drive user adoption for a new corporate intranet. The corporation lacked internal video editing skills. I handled the entire project, enabling its creation and eliminating the high cost of hiring an external agency.

OUTCOME

The intranet promotion project was ultimately discontinued due to an unresolved strategic misalignment. This outcome demonstrated the critical need for confirming clear project governance and executive buy-in at the initiation stage, enhancing my ability to identify organizational risk.
